more than twenty years, Paula has been a thought-leader and innovator in
introducing behavior-based human resource and performance management solutions
into global corporations. Paula uses her extensive knowledge of human
performance, business systems, and skill development to improve bottom-line
results, advance employee performance and enhance workplace satisfaction. She
has designed and delivered comprehensive business and executive development
programs in the staffing, fashion retail, manufacturing, and financial services
industries.
Using
her expertise in Performance Management, Learning Design, Organizational
Development, and large-scale Project Management, Paula develops the
productivity and effectiveness of sales teams, project groups and executives. She
possesses a keen ability to recognize both individual and corporate objectives,
and consistently provide strategies and solutions to maximize profitability and
productivity. Her business process knowledge has produced significant
organizational change in wide-ranging areas from succession planning and
executive development to POS register system implementation.
Paula’s
focus on coaching executives to higher performance has been a keystone in her
method to improve business process and facilitate problem-solving efforts. Her
ability to influence and guide long-term strategy, large-scale projects and

Paula
earned her degree in Management and Communication, has completed extensive
additional study and research in adult learning and behavioral assessment,
and continues to enhance her post-graduate education with ongoing coursework in
technology-based education strategies and innovative leadership. She holds
Certifications in seven globally recognized disciplines, including Gallup Q12,
PDI Profilor, and Situational Leadership, and Senior Master status in three
areas including Project Management, Face to Face Sales, and Management Systems.
